Processing Time:
Please allow 2–3 business days for standard order processing before shipment. Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.

Business Hours:
Our business hours are 9 AM – 4 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days.

Duties & Taxes:
Any duties and taxes collected at checkout are intended to cover applicable import fees required by your country. Customers are responsible for confirming these charges before completing their purchase. Additional customs fees may still apply, depending on the destination country.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
